As the daughter of an evil ruler and a mother who brought down that evil rule, what lies in store for Ophelia Callisto is an interesting story to tell. Before Ophelia was born, her father was killed which then caused the disturbance of the natural order because of a secret he had been hiding from everyone. The kingdom of Kerensa is scared for their own safety and their army is not big enough to defend them. To fix this, they unite with a neighboring kingdom, Stowen. In order to join forces, though, marriage between one member of the royal families from each kingdom must be done. Ophelia is then set to marry the prince. While trying to navigate this news, she is soon faced with a challenge that requires her to embark in an adventure in order to fix. To make matters even worse, she cannot keep her eyes off of Lilith, the army general from Stowen. It doesn’t take long before Ophelia realizes that Lilith is the knight who saved her from the dragon in the woods so many moons ago. Ophelia uncovers huge surprises about her own family and has trouble believing what is actually true. As the tension grows with conflicts she faces, will Ophelia do what’s best for her kingdom? Or will her heart betray her? Will she live up to her father’s legacy and become the evil queen after running away with her savior? Ophelia is trying to find a cure while simultaneously on a road to self-discovery.
